Key Responsibilities
* Build and deploy AI-powered workflows, agents, and automation solutions
* Design and optimize prompts, system instructions, and AI interactions
* Develop and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions
* Integrate AI capabilities into products and business systems via APIs
* Evaluate AI outputs, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve performance
* Stay current with emerging AI tools and technologies

Requirements
* 5+ years of software development or AI engineering experience
* Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, RAG, or workflow automation
* Familiarity with AI platforms such as Claude
* Proficient in Python or equivalent scripting languages
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug AI-driven systems
* Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have
* Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, Claude Agent SDK, or n8n
* Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol)
* Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector
