About the role
As the Regional Microsoft Dynamics Business Applications Specialist, you'll own the day-to-day performance, stability and continuous improvement of the ERP landscape across Asia-Pacific.

You'll be responsible for ensuring critical business applications operate efficiently while identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve user experience and deliver long-term operational improvements.

Beyond production support, you'll collaborate with business stakeholders, participate in regional enhancement initiatives and become the subject matter expert for one of the organisation's most business-critical platforms.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy combining technical expertise with business engagement and want to broaden their regional exposure beyond pure ERP support.

What you'll be doing:
Own and support the regional Microsoft Dynamics ERP platform across APAC.
Partner closely with Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain teams to optimise business processes.
Investigate complex ERP issues, perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
Drive application enhancements and automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency.
Develop SQL-based reports and business insights to support business decision-making.
Maintain ERP master data and ensure system integrity across multiple business entities.
Support regional enhancement projects, testing activities and post-implementation initiatives.
Become the trusted regional advisor for Microsoft Dynamics business applications.
