Business Central Functional Consultant
Microsoft Partner | Full-Time | Client-Facing Role

Our client, a growing Microsoft Partner, is seeking an experienced Business Central Functional Consultant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant who thrives in a client-facing environment and has a strong background delivering successful Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders to optimize accounting, finance, and operational processes
- Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and solution demonstrations
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide post-implementation support and system optimization recommendations
Qualifications
- Prior experience working for a Microsoft Partner is required
- Proven track record of completing multiple end-to-end Business Central implementations
- Strong functional knowledge of Business Central, particularly within accounting and finance modules
- Accounting or finance background/mindset strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills
- Ability to manage client relationships and work effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment
Preferred Experience
- ERP consulting within manufacturing, distribution, or professional services environments
- Process improvement and business transformation initiatives
- Experience working directly with executive leadership and finance teams
