Description
Business Process Consultant
Location: Fully Remote (UK)
Salary: £35,000 + Benefits
Tenth Revolution Group is working exclusively with an established UK digital transformation consultancy to recruit a Business Process Consultant.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a Business Analyst or Business Process Improvement background who enjoys working directly with customers to understand how their business operates, identify inefficiencies, and design smarter ways of working.
This role is focused on business processes rather than technology. You'll help organisations map their current ("as-is") processes, facilitate workshops with stakeholders, and create future-state process documentation that supports successful digital transformation projects.
If you're naturally curious, enjoy asking questions, and can confidently challenge inefficient ways of working, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
Running customer workshops to understand existing business processes and operational challenges.
Mapping current and future-state business processes using recognised process modelling techniques.
Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline operations.
Producing high-quality business and process documentation.
Working closely with customers and internal delivery teams throughout project lifecycles.
Acting as a trusted advisor, helping customers improve the way they work rather than simply documenting requirements.
Supporting existing managed service customers with ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Maintaining accurate project documentation and CRM records.
What we're looking for
Experience facilitating workshops with business stakeholders to understand and analyse existing processes.
Strong business process mapping and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
A consultative mindset with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working and recommend improvements.
An understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or continuous improvement principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Technical experience isn't the priority—this role is about understanding businesses, improving processes, and helping customers achieve better outcomes. Experience supporting digital transformation or business systems projects would be beneficial, but the successful candidate can learn the technology over time.
What's on offer
Fully remote working
Salary up to £35,000
Private healthcare
Flexible working hours
Pension
Annual salary reviews
Training and development
Certification vouchers
Company laptop
If you're looking to develop your consulting career in a customer-facing role where you'll have real influence on how organisations improve their operations, we'd love to hear from you.
