    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and implement data models suited for reporting, analytics, and advanced use cases
    • Continuously improve performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
    • Contribute to deployment processes using CI/CD and infrastructure as code
    • Deliver well-structured, high-quality data for downstream teams
    • Work closely with stakeholders across data, analytics, and the wider business

    Requirements
    • Around 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field
    • Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, including PySpark and SQL
    • Good understanding of data modelling and ETL/ELT principles
    • Experience working with Python in data-focused projects
    • Familiarity with integrating data from APIs, databases, and other sources

    • Experience with Power BI or Microsoft Fabric
    • Understanding of data governance or platform design

    Why Join?
    • Work on a modern Databricks platform with real ownership
    • Strong engineering culture with autonomy and trust
    • Opportunity to influence architecture and platform direction
    • Build solutions that have a real-world impact on health and wellbeing
