Finops Support Analyst

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator with a strong background in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to enhance our operational efficiency. In this role, you will manage system configurations, support user inquiries, and implement process improvements that directly impact our business operations. Your efforts will contribute to a stable and reliable IT environment in our Melbourne office.

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on system performance
• Familiarity with integrating external applications and data sources
• Ability to create and maintain documentation for system processes
• Experience in supporting end users and delivering training sessions
