Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in Dynamics 365 CE to optimize our customer engagement processes and drive strategic initiatives. This role requires a hands-on approach to gather requirements, streamline workflows, and enhance system functionality within a collaborative setting. You will play a key role in ensuring that our systems align closely with business needs while prioritizing effective user experiences.

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and its functionalities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Proficient in documenting processes, workflows, and system configurations
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools such as Power Automate or Power Apps
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
