ServiceNow Developer – HRSD & SPM

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to enhance our platform and contribute to vital IT service management initiatives. This remote position involves designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience. You will directly impact how our business serves its clients and streamlines internal processes.

• Proficient in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting and workflow management
• Strong understanding of ITSM best practices and related applications on ServiceNow
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs
• Ability to gather and document user requirements for customization
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
