ServiceNow Project Manager

We are seeking a Project/Programme Manager experienced with ServiceNow to oversee critical projects aimed at optimising operations and enhancing user experiences. In this remote role, you will drive the implementation and management of initiatives that support our transformation efforts, ensuring deliverables meet business objectives and stakeholder needs. Your ability to foster collaboration will be vital in working with diverse teams across the organization.

• Proven experience managing projects within ServiceNow or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and frameworks
• Ability to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into actionable plans
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
