Senior Scientist – Organic/Synthetic Chemistry

Design and execute synthetic organic chemistry experiments.
Develop and optimize chemical reactions and synthetic routes.
Analyze experimental data and prepare technical summaries and reports.
Support product development and process improvement initiatives.
Troubleshoot laboratory challenges and provide scientific solutions.
Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and technical teams.
Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Present findings and recommendations to scientific and leadership teams.
Qualifications
Required
PhD or MS in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Chemical Sciences, or related field.
Strong knowledge of organic chemistry principles.
Hands-on laboratory experience in chemical synthesis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Preferred
Experience in synthetic chemistry research.
Exposure to industrial chemical manufacturing environments.
Experience scaling laboratory processes toward commercial production.
Knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, NMR, FTIR, or Mass Spectrometry.
