How we train you
An in-depth, hands-on initial training program spanning 6-8 weeks depending on prior experience — full-time and intensive. Every week ends in something built, evaluated and defensible. You leave with a deployed, documented portfolio, not a badge.

You embed directly with an AI lab’s most strategic enterprise customers, building production AI applications, not demos. Day to day, that’s four main areas of responsibility.

This program is for experienced hands-on technology professionals with high agency and proven customer delivery/ consulting success, typically senior software or data engineers, tech leads or engineering leads with 3-5+ years’ experience. No deep AI/ML background required; we train the AI layer.

The honest answers
Do I need AI or ML experience?
No. If you can ship production software, we add the AI layer during the program.
Is the permanent role guaranteed?
No. Placement is part of the pathway and a permanent offer is the intended outcome based on your on-site performance, not a guarantee.
What's the commitment?
You will need to commit to the full training course plus up to two years of on-site placement. There is a two-week trial period so you can determine if the program is right for you. Your Talent Acquisition contact walks you through the exact terms before you commit.
Where is it based, and is there travel?
Placement is on-site with the customer’s team, and travel to customer sites is part of the role. Specifics are confirmed during the interview process.
