Senior Agentic NetSuite Developer

The role

You’ll join a small, senior Financial Systems team that owns the ERP, CRM and data platforms behind the company’s finance operations. You’ll set the technical direction for NetSuite, own how it integrates with the wider business, and lead the way AI and agentic tooling change how ERP work gets done.

You’ll work closely with Finance (Accounting, FP&A and Controlling), Procurement, engineers across Tech, and external partners. You’ll talk directly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Own the NetSuite platform and its AI roadmap. Use AI-assisted development to speed up delivery, and decide which native and third-party agentic tools to adopt, and when.
Design agentic workflows that automate financial processes such as reconciliations, approvals and data routing, with human oversight built in.
Lead integration architecture across NetSuite and surrounding systems. Act as technical lead and quality reviewer for scripts, integrations and automations generated by AI.
Improve data integrity, controls and audit readiness, using AI-assisted analysis to spot risks and opportunities early.
Choose the right approach for each problem: NetSuite development, configuration, or an external system.
Mentor colleagues, help build ERP knowledge across the organisation, and support hiring and onboarding.

Requirements

6+ years of hands-on ERP experience, with strong NetSuite skills across configuration, SuiteScript, workflows and integrations.
Experience in a listed company or another compliance-heavy environment.
Practical experience with AI coding assistants and agentic tools, including reviewing and validating what they produce. You know where agents help and where human judgement is essential.
Deep understanding of financial processes and ERP architecture at scale.
Proven ability to lead initiatives from discovery to measurable business impact.
Strong stakeholder communication.
A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or a related field.

Nice to have

Integrating NetSuite with a CRM such as Salesforce.
Experience with tools for invoice to pay, spend management, consolidation, and planning and budgeting.
NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management, SuiteCommerce Advanced, or NetSuite’s MCP tooling.
CI/CD for NetSuite development.
