• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation and configuration
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Familiarity with business process mapping and optimization techniques
• Experience training end-users and supporting their transition to new systems
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
