We are seeking a part-time NetSuite Administrator / Functional NetSuite Consultant to provide hands-on, onsite support for a short-term process optimization initiative. This consultant will work directly with business users to improve NetSuite usage, streamline data imports, optimize workflows, and identify opportunities to better leverage native NetSuite functionality.
This engagement is ideal for a consultant who enjoys working closely with end users, solving operational challenges, and delivering immediate business value through process improvements and NetSuite best practices.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:
- Assess current NetSuite processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Optimize CSV and Excel data import procedures.
- Troubleshoot and improve data mapping between spreadsheets and NetSuite.
- Streamline auction, POS, customer, vendor, and operational data uploads.
- Support AP, AR, budgeting, purchasing, sales orders, and financial workflows.
- Evaluate existing manual processes and recommend more efficient NetSuite solutions.
- Identify opportunities to reduce reliance on third-party applications.
- Train and support users across multiple departments.
- Provide hands-on guidance and troubleshooting for NetSuite users.
- Document process improvements and best practices.
- Assist with ongoing third-party integration initiatives as needed.

Erforderliche Qualifikationen:
- Strong NetSuite Administration or Functional Consulting experience.
- Deep understanding of NetSuite Financials and ERP functionality.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Accounting or finance background.
- Experience with POS systems.
- Experience supporting event-based or hospitality organizations.
- Exposure to DocuSign integrations.
- Experience reviewing and replacing manual processes with native NetSuite functionality.
- Familiarity with third-party software integrations.

Schedule:
- Part-time engagement
- Approximately 8+ hours per week
- Onsite presence required in the Denver area
- Flexible contract structure with anticipated duration of 1-2 months
