NetSuite Consultant – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Company Overview:

Our client is a growing manufacturing and 503B pharmaceutical company based in Florida, operating across two divisions. The company is FDA and Florida state regulated and is seeking a contract NetSuite Administrator/Consultant to support their teams following a rapid NetSuite implementation.

Position Summary:

The NetSuite Administrator/Consultant will work directly with the company's CFO and various departments to close knowledge gaps, refine existing workflows, and help the organization get more value out of its NetSuite platform. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role spanning sales, production, warehouse, and QA.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:
Meet individually with departments (sales, production, warehouse, QA) to identify pain points and gaps in NetSuite usage
Support and refine NetSuite processes across the company's manufacturing and 503B pharma divisions
Advise on and help improve the QA/quarantine hold process within NetSuite
Evaluate the current shipping module (Ship Central) and recommend improvements or alternatives
Provide guidance on warehouse management system (WMS) strategy — including whether to use NetSuite's native WMS or a third-party integration
Develop training materials and documentation to help departments become more self-sufficient in NetSuite
Troubleshoot and resolve role/permission configuration issues as needed

Qualifikationen:
Strong NetSuite experience in supply chain and manufacturing environments
Experience working with multi-division or multi-entity NetSuite configurations
Experience in FDA-regulated or similarly regulated industries is a plus
Familiarity with Ship Central or comparable shipping modules is a plus
Prior hands-on experience with a NetSuite implementation is a plus
Deep accounting/finance NetSuite expertise is not required for this role

Additional Details;
Primarily remote position with periodic on-site visits to the company's Florida facility
Reports to and coordinates priorities directly with the company's CFO
