We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to contribute to our ServiceNow implementations and enhancements in a fully remote capacity. This role will focus on understanding business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring that our ServiceNow platform meets the needs of our users. You will play a key part in driving process improvements and optimizing workflows within the organisation.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT service management, specifically with ServiceNow
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions
• Experience with process mapping and documentation techniques
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL best practices
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
