Washington Frank is partnering with a large enterprise organization undergoing a significant AI transformation journey. We are looking for an experienced AI Architect who can help define and shape the organization's future AI landscape, translating business ambitions into a scalable enterprise-wide blueprint.

This role combines strategic architecture, AI innovation, and technical leadership. You will work with senior stakeholders to establish AI capabilities, define target operating models, and guide the implementation approach for next-generation AI solutions.

Principales responsabilités
Design and define the organization's AI architecture roadmap and target-state blueprint.
Develop enterprise capability models aligned with long-term digital and AI strategies.
Advise leadership teams on AI trends, emerging technologies, and market developments.
Translate business objectives into scalable AI platform and architecture designs.
Collaborate with engineering teams to define governance, standards, and best practices.
Evaluate and recommend AI frameworks, tools, and platform strategies.
Support the creation of AI operating models, delivery frameworks, and implementation roadmaps.
Ensure alignment between enterprise architecture, AI engineering practices, and platform capabilities.

Compétences et expérience requises
Enterprise Architecture & Capability Modeling
Strong background in Enterprise Architecture.
Proven experience with capability modeling and business architecture.
Ability to develop strategic technology roadmaps and target-state architectures.

AI Engineering
Hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks, including:
LangGraph
LangChain
Agent-based architectures
LLM orchestration and AI workflow design
Strong understanding of the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem and market trends.

Platform Engineering & DevOps
Experience designing and supporting scalable AI platforms.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native architectures, and platform engineering principles.

Apprentissage automatique
Practical experience delivering Machine Learning and AI solutions.
Understanding of model lifecycle management, deployment strategies, and operationalization of AI workloads.

5+ years of experience in AI, enterprise architecture, platform engineering, or related fields.
Ability to engage with both technical and executive stakeholders.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience operating within large corporate or enterprise environments.
Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on technical understanding of AI technologies.
