An established financial services organization is seeking a Staff Accountant to join its expanding accounting team during an exciting period of growth and continued investment in NetSuite.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to accelerate their career, gain exposure to sophisticated accounting operations, and make a meaningful impact as the company continues to scale. You'll gain hands-on experience across month-end close, financial reporting, cash flow reporting, and multi-entity accounting while working closely with an experienced accounting leadership team. The role also offers exposure to broader accounting and finance initiatives, providing a unique opportunity to further develop your technical accounting expertise in a complex and evolving environment.

Responsabilités
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules
• Prepare and maintain general ledger reconciliations across cash, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and intercompany accounts
• Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reporting packages
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and financial analysis
• Prepare cash flow reports and support treasury-related reporting
• Maintain accurate financial records within NetSuite and support accounting process improvements
• Partner with cross-functional teams on financial reporting and ad hoc analysis
• Support various accounting projects and initiatives as the organization continues to grow

Conditions requises
• 1-3 years of accounting experience in public accounting or a corporate accounting environment
• Strong general ledger and month-end close experience
• Experience preparing journal entries and account reconciliations
• Exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or cash flow reporting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement preparation
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis
• NetSuite ERP system experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• CPA, CPA-track, or public accounting experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a willingness to learn
