Tenth Revolution Group

Impact Report 2023

Welcome to Tenth Revolution Group's first Impact Report, which outlines our commitment to sustainability, equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI), and wellbeing and how we are driving positive change in our workplace and beyond.

Every year, we will publish a new report to update on our progress and profile the initiatives we are implementing to help us reach our goals. But, for this first publication, we’ll be setting the scene and explaining where we are now and what we hope to achieve in the future.

Last year was pivotal in our journey towards better supporting our environmental and social responsibilities as a business. We created People & Planet to bring together our successful pre-existing Diversity Matters, Sustainability Matters and Wellbeing Matters programs under one umbrella. By taking this unified approach, we crystallized where we can make a tangible impact and more closely align our strategies across all three pillars.

This year, we have continued to push forward with enhancing our accountability and transparency as an organization, hence the decision to publish this annual report voluntarily.

The nature of our business as a Talent as a Service (TaaS) provider means that we are in the position of helping to change people’s lives for the better. But this comes with significant responsibility. More than ever, we are conscious of how our daily interactions impact our people, customers, and the wider world.

What’s more, ‘We Go Beyond’ is one of our company values and we strive to embody this ethos in everything we do, including our approach to adopting more sustainable behaviors, positively impacting the communities around us and minimizing our environmental footprint on the planet.

This publication highlights how far we have come in upholding these responsibilities and values while allowing us to hold up a mirror to ourselves to identify our shortcomings and determine the improvements we need to make.

Like anything that’s of real importance in both life and business, meaningful progress takes time. I’m proud to say that Tenth Revolution Group is off the starting blocks and taking strides forward day by day thanks to a team of highly passionate individuals leading and strategizing our efforts and of course, to our global workforce, who each play their part.

We are a company with ambition regarding our environmental corporate social responsibility and are on this journey for the long haul. I hope you find our inaugural Impact Report insightful and I look forward to sharing our progress with you again in 12 months.

Our values

Our values guide us in our mission to close the tech skills gap and change people's lives. They make us who we are and the best at what we do, and they make us a great employer to work for.

We have fun

We are the experts

We're all about people

We transform lives

We Go Beyond

Thank you

We want to thank everyone who has supported Tenth Revolution Group's journey so far to build a brighter, more sustainable planet for all.

This report has shown that our ambitions cannot be achieved in isolation. That’s why, alongside our employee initiatives, we’re always seeking opportunities to engage with businesses that share our values, and bring industry professionals together to help us learn from each other. Together, we can amplify our actions and make a real impact that will leave a lasting legacy for generations to come.

We hope our first Impact Report has been an insightful read and inspires your organization’s efforts to shift the dial regarding EDI, sustainability, and wellbeing. And hopefully, it will encourage you to adopt new behaviors in your personal day-to-day lives, too.

We look forward to updating you on our progress in our next annual report, due for publication in summer 2025. Until then, you can find out more about our People & Planet program on our website.
