Our long-term commitment to contribute to a brighter, more sustainable planet for all.

Find out more about our initiatives

At Tenth Revolution Group, we bring people and tech together.

Social responsibility is important to us, as people lie at the heart of what we do. Whether we’re helping our customers make a positive difference or giving professionals the tools they need to build a life-changing career, we’re proud to be building a better tomorrow for talent everywhere.

One of our company values centers on transforming lives, and empowering others to achieve their dreams is what drives us.

As a business, we are passionate about protecting our planet, supporting local communities and helping individuals to thrive as their authentic selves.

Building on these commitments, we created our People & Planet program in 2023 to bring together our pre-existing Diversity Matters, Sustainability Matters and Wellbeing Matters programs.

We also run an employee-driven initiative called TRG Cares that’s all about giving back to the community and providing our employees with opportunities to support their favorite charitable causes.

Each strand of People & Planet maintains its individual identity and strategy, but this consolidation has enabled us to:

Our commitment to the United Nations Global Compact

We are proud participants of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), a voluntary initiative encouraging businesses worldwide to adopt sustainable and socially responsible policies.

We are committed to aligning our strategies and operations to the UN Global Compact principles on human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption, and recognize all 17 of its Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The following five goals are most closely aligned with our business.

Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages
Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all
Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls
Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all
Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts

Our approach

How we impact the world around us

How we involve our employees

As a business, it is essential for us to empower our employees, invest in their personal development, and ensure everyone can contribute towards our company’s purpose and goals.

Our People & Planet program reflects this ethos and recognizes our employees’ valuable contribution to shaping our collective diversity, wellbeing, and sustainability journey. It also demonstrates our commitment to positively impacting and preserving our planet.

There are numerous opportunities available to employees who wish to engage with People & Planet, and thanks to the support of dedicated advocates across our different brands and offices worldwide, we can empower, engage, and inspire our wider workforce.

Through initiatives such as our employee social groups, volunteering activities and awareness-raising events, employees can actively improve their personal wellbeing and sense of belonging at work. And through our bi-annual employee engagement survey, we regularly check in with our work population to understand how they feel about working at Tenth Revolution Group and identify areas for improvement.

Our goals

As part of our commitment to long-term, sustainable action, we set our first-ever goals in 2023 as a minimum expectation for progress, as summarized below.

People & Planet Goals

In line with our business practice as tech talent experts, we are committed to protecting the future of our planet and supporting the UN Sustainable Development Goals 4 and 8, focused on quality education, and decent work and economic growth.

EDI Goals

We have aligned our EDI goals to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, which are in place until 2030. These include:

Sustainability Goals

Working with our carbon accounting partner, Greenly, we are focusing on emissions reductions by cutting our energy use, transitioning to renewables and working closely with our supply chain to create our roadmap to net zero by 2050.

We have also committed to set near-term company-wide emissions reductions with the SBTi (Science Based Targets initiative) – a global body driving ambitious climate action in the private sector – in line with its climate science criteria. Targets will be published on this website, once verified.

Wellbeing Goals

We are committed to achieving wellbeing goals that support our employees’ mental and physical health and resilience, and creating a positive working environment.

In our bi-annual employee engagement survey, we ask our global workforce to rate their response to the statement: “I believe that my health and wellbeing are taken seriously by the company” and aim to reach the following Wellbeing Engagement scores:
