D365 F&O Sales & Customer Service Lead

We are seeking a skilled Functional Consultant with expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to enhance business processes and deliver effective solutions. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to identify needs, configure systems, and drive adoption of best practices in a stable and results-oriented environment. You will contribute to meaningful projects that directly impact performance and efficiency.

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Skilled in configuring and customising solutions for user needs
• Experience in process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical teams
