• Proven experience designing and implementing solutions on Salesforce.com
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with integrating Salesforce with other systems and tools
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and recommend improvements
