• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation and support
• Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and process improvement
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Experience integrating third-party applications with D365 Finance & Ops
• Familiarity with data migration and user training processes - Jet Reports, Sigma, and Snowflake
