Manager of D365 Business Development

An established company is seeking a Sales Account Manager with expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to enhance client relationships and drive revenue growth. You will engage with diverse business partners, supporting them in optimising their financial processes and leveraging the capabilities of Dynamics 365. This role is pivotal in maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring the effective use of our solutions.

• Proven experience in sales, particularly within technology or software sectors
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and its business applications
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships while understanding their needs
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement
