Part-Time NetSuite Administrator – Hybrid

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Work Arrangement: Hybrid with onsite availability required

A growing organization in the Cincinnati area is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to provide part-time, post-go-live support. This individual will help optimize the newly implemented NetSuite environment, improve accounting processes and ensure users are comfortable working within the system.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing NetSuite administration and post-go-live support
Review and optimize existing accounting processes and system configurations
Build and improve workflows and automation
Support integrations with three banking institutions and a corporate credit card platform
Assist with reporting, dashboards and saved searches
Identify opportunities to improve overall system efficiency and usability
Provide hands-on training and guidance to accounting and operational users
Troubleshoot user issues and recommend practical solutions
Document processes, configurations and training materials

Ideal Experience:
Hands-on experience administering NetSuite in a post-go-live environment
Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes within NetSuite
Experience creating workflows, saved searches, reports and dashboards
Previous experience supporting banking and credit card integrations
Ability to train end users with varying levels of NetSuite experience
Comfortable working independently and prioritizing multiple optimization projects
Available for approximately 20 hours per week
Able to work onsite in Cincinnati as required
