Overview
Our client—an established organization operating within the e‑commerce and distribution space—is seeking a skilled NetSuite Administrator to support, optimize, and enhance their NetSuite environment. This role will play a key part in managing integrations, improving system efficiency, and supporting internal users across functional teams.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrator for the NetSuite platform, including configuration, customization, workflows, dashboards, saved searches, and user management.
Manage and maintain integrations between NetSuite, Celigo, and Shopify, ensuring accurate data flow and operational efficiency.
Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and optimize system processes.
Troubleshoot system issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement fixes or improvements.
Support ongoing NetSuite enhancements, new module rollouts, and best‑practice improvements.
(Preferred) Develop and maintain SuiteScript customizations to extend NetSuite functionality.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of NetSuite administration experience within an e‑commerce or distribution environment (preferred).
Hands‑on experience with Celigo integrations and Shopify–NetSuite data flows.
Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, workflows, saved searches, and custom record types.
Ability to manage integrations, troubleshoot connection issues, and support API‑related workflows.
(Preferred) Experience writing, reviewing, or maintaining SuiteScript 1.0/2.0.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
