TEST MS Dynamics 365 BA

This role is focused on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of operations through the use of Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, analyze data, and implement solutions that align with business objectives. • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Familiarity with process mapping and improvement methodologies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid setting, engaging with teams remotely and in person
