Job Description
Driving the architectural vision and technical delivery of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions projects, the Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) / Customer Success Architect (CS Arch) will assume a pivotal role in shaping scalable platforms that align with evolving business requirements and stakeholder expectations. This role exists to bridge strategic design and hands-on implementation, ensuring that Salesforce deployments are resilient, performant, and tailored to support long-term growth in complex, regulated environments. The CS Arch / FDE will lead multi-disciplinary collaborations, oversee code governance, and manage integration efforts, all while maintaining a keen focus on delivering value through innovative technology enablement.
In this position, the PubSec SME will translate detailed business needs into comprehensive, technically sound Salesforce architectures. Working closely with client stakeholders, the FDE / CS Arch will facilitate discovery workshops, run technical design sessions, and produce solution blueprints that address gaps between current capabilities and desired agency outcomes. A thorough understanding of the Salesforce product suite, particularly the application of PSS within public sector contexts, is essential, as is the ability to lead technical governance and ensure adherence to best practices around platform security, data visibility, and environment management.
Day-to-day responsibilities encompass guiding custom development initiatives, managing complex integrations using Apex and OmniStudio components such as Integration Procedures and OmniScripts, and conducting rigorous code reviews to enforce quality standards. The role also involves liaising with Salesforce product teams to keep implementations aligned with platform updates and to support proof of concept developments when required. By steering these activities, the CS Arch / FDE will safeguard delivery timelines and technical integrity, playing a central role in project success across diverse stakeholder groups.
Applicants should expect to operate within a hybrid working model, with Canberra preferred as the primary location. There remains some flexibility for candidates based in Sydney, NSW provided they can accommodate travel requirements to Canberra, ACT.
A minimum of AGSVA baseline security clearance is mandatory, with NV1 clearance a preference.
Proven experience with data migration strategies, release management practices, and secure authentication protocols such as SAML, SSO, and OAuth underpins success in this role. Salesforce Certified Public Sector Solutions Consultant, OmniStudio Consultant and Developer certification, as well as Application Architect and System Architect credentials, are highly advantageous.
This contract role demands not only technical excellence but also an ability to navigate complex project environments. As the CS Arch / FDE, you will work in close partnership with cross-functional teams, balancing innovation with compliance and strategic foresight with operational execution. Your leadership in technical design and delivery will contribute directly to the ongoing refinement of services driven by both customer demand and regulatory frameworks.
The role is a key contributor to ensuring that sophisticated PubSec CRM solutions meet both immediate delivery goals and future scalability requirements.

Job Description
Bringing structured supply planning to life, the NetSuite MRP Consultant will be instrumental in transitioning a cutting-edge AI robotics manufacturer from Excel-based processes to a robust NetSuite environment. This role exists to deliver a fully operational Supply Planning function, ensuring the small but growing team can manage it independently post-implementation. The successful candidate will be embedded in a dynamic setting where precise material requirements planning is critical to support innovative product assembly and meet evolving production demands.
The core of this role focuses on delivering and optimising Supply Planning configurations within NetSuite’s Manufacturing Resource Planning framework. Central to this is cleansing and loading the item and vendor master data—approximately 1,400 parts spanning two distinct robot models—laying the foundation for accurate planning activities. The role requires configuring supply plan definitions, establishing the appropriate planning horizons, and setting demand time fences that reflect realistic operational parameters. Resolving discrepancies between forecasted demand and supply recommendations will be key to delivering a reliable and actionable plan that aligns with manufacturing realities.
An essential component of the engagement lies in advising on multi-level Bills of Materials (BOMs) and accurately assessing work order lead times, critical for synchronising planning outputs with production schedules. The NetSuite MRP Consultant will also take responsibility for supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documenting critical decisions, and producing comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensuring smooth knowledge transfer, the consultant will provide hands-on training and clear guidance to enable the client’s planning team to operate the system autonomously after project completion.
This contract role begins in early November and requires a commitment of between 32 and 40 hours weekly, with a minimum of 25 hours, including onsite presence in Greater Boston three days per week. The initial phase of the project runs through the go-live planned for February 1, 2027, with ongoing support to provide stability until around March 1, 2027. This structure ensures close collaboration with the client’s team during critical deployment stages and smooth transition into steady-state operations.
The successful candidate will bring a minimum of two hands-on NetSuite MRP or Supply Planning implementations, demonstrating a pragmatic, “get it done” approach over architectural design. Manufacturing or assembly experience with complex, multi-level BOMs and work order processes is indispensable, as is a disciplined approach to documentation and SOP creation. Clear communication skills are also critical, including the ability to explain trade-offs and planning decisions in straightforward terms to non-technical users. The role demands an autonomous operator capable of delivering results independently while fostering confidence in the client’s team.
Working within an information technology and services industry setting, this role aligns with the fast-paced demands of integrating advanced manufacturing systems supported by AI-driven robotics. The environment is one where technical expertise meets operational pragmatism, offering a compelling challenge for a NetSuite MRP Consultant with a hands-on mindset and manufacturing domain knowledge.
This contract position is hybrid in nature, based in Boston, MA, combining onsite collaboration and flexible hours to match project needs. While there are no formal benefits detailed, the role promises focused engagement on a targeted project with clear deliverables and a defined timeframe.
Candidates with proven experience who thrive on practical implementation, operational delivery, and enabling business teams through well-structured system configurations will find this role well-suited. Success will be measured by the ability to establish a stable, effective supply planning process within NetSuite and the readiness of the client team to sustain it independently from go-live onwards.
This position draws on the candidate’s expertise in a specialist environment at the intersection of manufacturing execution and enterprise resource planning technology within the information technology and services sector.

Job Description
Ensuring robust and secure IT operations in a regulated healthcare environment requires an experienced Systems Administrator to oversee and maintain critical infrastructure, supporting digital environments that enable service delivery and compliance. This role exists to strengthen the organisation’s cloud and hybrid systems, integrating security controls and reliable access management to protect sensitive data and enhance operational efficiency. By handling Microsoft 365 environments, alongside cloud platforms such as AWS, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless, secure technology availability that meets stringent regulatory standards and supports continuous business functions.
The Systems Administrator will be entrusted with managing and supporting a range of core technologies, including Microsoft 365 tools like Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, and Defender for Endpoint. These platforms serve as the backbone for user identity management and endpoint security across the business. Day-to-day activities will involve troubleshooting, maintaining security configurations, and implementing recommendations arising from security assessments to fortify the IT environment. Additionally, this role demands familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and IAM, reflecting the organisation’s ongoing commitment to hybrid cloud solutions that require sophisticated access controls and resource management.
Supporting a healthcare-related setting, the Systems Administrator must be conversant with the specific challenges associated with regulated industries, including adherence to compliance frameworks like HIPAA and FERPA. While direct responsibilities focus on system administration, a thorough understanding of regulatory implications will guide effective implementation of technical controls and policies. The candidate will also engage with non-technical staff to provide clear guidance on system issues and resolutions, ensuring communication is accessible and service-oriented.
This role will increasingly focus on operational security hardening post-migration from on-premises infrastructure to cloud environments, requiring hands-on experience with relevant technologies and vendors. Practical experience with security tools such as Rubrik for data protection, Vanta for compliance monitoring, or partnering with Managed Detection and Response providers like Expel will be highly regarded. There is also a preference for candidates familiar with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, as well as data analytics tools like Power BI, enabling support across business intelligence operations and customer data management.
Working remotely as part of a dispersed team, the Systems Administrator will handle critical system availability and incident resolution, documenting procedures and outcomes thoroughly. Ownership and initiative in resolving system challenges without extensive supervision are key in maintaining operational resilience. This contract role requires at least five years’ experience in a similar capacity, with a proactive mindset towards system improvement and security enforcement.
Candidates should demonstrate strong proficiency in identity security, endpoint protection, and access control frameworks to mitigate risks and support compliance. Troubleshooting expertise is essential, combined with the ability to communicate complex technical matters in plain language for service-minded support of all user levels. Microsoft and AWS certifications, while not mandatory, are a strong advantage and underscore technical credibility in managing the environments involved.
Key skills and experience include:
– Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 suite, particularly Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, and Defender for Endpoint
– Practical knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, and IAM
– Implementing security controls based on third-party assessments
– Familiarity with healthcare or similarly regulated environments
– Ability to effectively document processes and communicate technical information understandably
This Systems Administrator role offers responsibility for maintaining and securing a critical technology infrastructure central to healthcare operations within a remote working framework. The position delivers an important contribution to the organisation’s ongoing digital strategy, combining cloud technologies with industry compliance needs to enhance system reliability and data security.
The sector focuses on hospitals and healthcare provision, operating within an environment that demands both technical excellence and regulatory sensitivity to protect sensitive patient and operational data.

Job Description
Delivering a critical technology transition, the AS400 Expert will spearhead the migration from a legacy AS/400 ERP system to a new, group-wide ERP platform across a manufacturing site focused on food and beverage production. This role exists to ensure seamless continuity of operations while transforming core IT processes, acting as the central liaison between site teams, business stakeholders, and the wider ERP transformation programme. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping how business-critical data and processes move from an IBM i environment into a modern, integrated solution, enabling improved operational efficiency and future scalability.
In this contract role, the AS400 Expert will lead detailed planning and execution phases for the migration project—from initial analysis through to go-live and post-implementation support. A significant portion of the responsibility involves dissecting the current AS/400 landscape, including custom developments, batch jobs, interfaces, and data structures, and translating these into comprehensive requirements that can guide the ERP programme. Clear communication will be vital, particularly in coordinating handover activities such as process mapping, master data alignment, and data migration to the new platform.
Day-to-day activities will see the AS400 Expert balancing multiple stakeholder groups including operations, finance, supply chain, IT applications teams, and external partners providing managed support to the existing system. This role involves orchestrating testing schedules, user training programmes, cutover procedures, and hypercare support following deployment, ensuring operational risks are minimised and knowledge transfer is effective. Technically, the position requires solid, hands-on expertise in AS/400 (IBM i) environments, including a working knowledge of business-specific applications, custom programmes developed in RPG/CL, and managing data within DB2 databases. Experience of legacy ERP migration programmes, particularly with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, will provide valuable context for understanding the new platform’s capabilities and constraints. The successful candidate will bring a track record of managing complex ERP transformations in manufacturing or food production settings, demonstrating capability in handling data migration complexities, cutover management, and post-migration stabilisation.
This role is offered on a contract basis with hybrid working arrangements, requiring regular onsite presence in Hemmingen to maintain close collaboration with local operational teams and external partners supporting the AS/400 platform. Fluency in both German and English is essential, enabling effective communication across all levels of the business and IT teams. The project demands a structured, meticulous approach, reflected in strong documentation practices and adherence to established project management methodologies.
An ideal candidate will not only have deep AS/400 technical knowledge but also demonstrated leadership in driving large-scale ERP migration initiatives. The role demands exceptional stakeholder management skills to negotiate differing priorities and facilitate consensus among diverse business functions. Through their work, the AS400 Expert will significantly contribute to business improvement initiatives that support the future growth and modernisation of the site’s IT systems.
The site operates within the food and beverages sector, embedded in manufacturing processes where accuracy and operational reliability are paramount. This assignment offers the chance to apply specialist expertise in a challenging IT transformation environment, helping to secure and enhance the technology that underpins daily business operations.
