Job Description

A crucial element in advancing the digital transformation within a specialist environment, the Scrum Master will facilitate the sustainable self-organisation of a software and data solution team managing biological substances and sample tracking tools. Tasked with ensuring the framing and execution of Agile principles in a hybrid work set-up, this role supports the seamless delivery of a centralised platform that spans multiple integrated applications and APIs. Through promoting transparency, continuous inspection, and collaborative adaptation, the successful candidate will drive efficiency across interdependent streams while liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

This role exists to embed Scrum frameworks within a team that has recently transitioned to a product mode of operation, integrating business ownership with product ownership and stream leadership. The Scrum Master will be instrumental in orchestrating the agile rituals—such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinements, Reviews, and Retrospectives—to maintain alignment and momentum. By facilitating communication flows and dependency management, the individual will remove internal and external impediments that could undermine team performance, thereby enhancing delivery cadence and fostering multidisciplinary teamwork.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing and animating the core Scrum ceremonies, ensuring they add value and promote focused collaboration. The Scrum Master will support the team’s evolution toward a self-managed unit capable of sustaining agile practices autonomously. Another key function is nurturing a culture of open communication and accountability, assisting in synchronising with other teams where dependencies exist. This activity requires a nuanced understanding of agile frameworks and an ability to adapt facilitation techniques to suit a complex, technology-driven environment that operates partly on-site with at least two days a week at designated locations.

The technology environment underpinning this role is centred on web-based applications designed for managing biological workflows and data sets, encompassing platforms developed in-house and supported through APIs. The Scrum Master will thus operate within a context where technical understanding supports the elimination of blockers and fosters iterative product development cycles. The role demands a pragmatic approach to the adoption and enforcement of Agile methodologies, including Scrum as the core framework, with Kanban, Lean, and SAFe experience providing additional depth.

Working at 50% part-time commitment, this contract position offers continuity through renewable three-month engagements, starting immediately. The role requires fluency in English due to the international scope of the project. Candidates will find themselves contributing to a mission-critical software solution supporting research activities that rely on precise data handling and sample management.

Candidates should possess a minimum of five years’ experience working in an Agile environment, with at least three years dedicated to the Scrum Master role. Prior exposure to the responsibilities of a Product Owner is highly valued, reflecting the close interplay between product vision and delivery within this team. Certifications such as PSM I/II or CSM are desirable indicators of professional expertise and commitment to Agile standards. Proficiency in running facilitation workshops employing methodologies like Design Thinking and User Story Mapping will complement the ability to guide the team toward collaborative problem-solving and innovative outcomes.

This role’s hybrid working arrangement requires a presence on-site for around two days each week at locations near Saclay or Suresnes, ensuring critical face-to-face interaction while supporting flexibility. The successful Scrum Master will find themselves embedded within a productive setting that balances agile discipline with the challenges of managing complex dependencies across multiple solution streams.

The position is within the information technology and services sector, specialising in software solutions that enable advanced data management for research purposes. The contract nature of the role supports a focused engagement aligned precisely with the evolving needs of the project, offering a professional environment where agile expertise directly influences technical and operational success.

Job Description

Harnessing deep expertise in financial analysis and business transformation, the Salesforce Data 360 Architect will lead efforts to shape how program adoption translates into measurable customer, employee, and business outcomes. The role exists to bridge the gap between complex data initiatives and quantifiable business value, ensuring that every transformation initiative is assessed not just for its potential, but for its real, demonstrable impact. Embedded within a technology-driven marketing and advertising environment, this role demands a strategic mindset able to navigate evolving data landscapes and support sophisticated Salesforce Data Cloud implementations.

The primary focus of the Salesforce Data 360 Architect is to build comprehensive measurement frameworks that link digital programs directly to tangible business results. By quantifying both the upside of new investments and the risks from delayed or stalled initiatives, the role provides clarity and confidence for business decision-makers. Working closely with consulting teams, this architect guides transformation programs from initial discovery through to value realisation, supporting governance and steering committee reporting with clear financial narratives that track performance over time.

Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing multifaceted consulting delivery efforts where facilitation of client workshops, interviews, and document reviews sits alongside ongoing collaboration with cross-functional teams. The Salesforce Data 360 Architect will apply a mix of quantitative and qualitative techniques to prioritise initiatives, develop ROI analyses, business cases, and customer value assessments. Leveraging advanced Excel modelling skills, this individual will create detailed financial models from the ground up, demonstrating the precise impact of proposed solutions and enabling informed executive decision-making.

Technology underpins every aspect of the role, with a particular focus on Salesforce.com and Salesforce Data Cloud platforms. These tools enable the aggregation and analysis of vast datasets critical to building value assessments and continuous improvement strategies. The architect’s work drives not only the adoption of cloud-based data solutions but also ensures they deliver clear, measurable value aligned to strategic organisational goals.

Operating remotely within this permanent role provides the flexibility to engage with a broad network of internal teams—including account management, creative, analytics, and operations—as well as partner agencies. Clear communication and coordination skills are essential to assess feasibility, gather requirements, and validate recommendations amidst complex programme delivery. This matrixed working environment demands a high degree of autonomy and the ability to function effectively under ambiguous conditions where data points and success metrics are actively defined through the consulting journey.

Candidates ideally possess a bachelor’s degree with a preference for business, finance, marketing, or data analytics backgrounds, coupled with a minimum of seven years’ experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, strategy consulting, or digital transformation. The successful candidate will have at least five years’ experience creating and interpreting financial models, analysing large datasets, and translating analytical insights into compelling presentations for senior stakeholders. Proficiency in PowerPoint is expected to articulate these findings into cohesive business recommendations.

Beyond technical ability, a curiosity-driven mindset and a broad approach to problem-solving that draws inspiration from diverse fields can be valuable assets. Experience in value engineering or advisory roles, particularly those involving the business impact of AI-enabled transformation, will enhance the architect’s ability to drive innovation within creative and dynamic environments. Adaptability and a solutions-oriented attitude are necessary to lead through ambiguity and evolving client requirements with confidence.

Benefits linked to this role include participation in a retirement savings plan, support for charitable initiatives with paid or unpaid time off, childcare assistance, and medical, dental, and eye care plans. These contribute to a well-rounded employment package for someone tasked with a critical role in aligning data initiatives to business success.

This role sits within the marketing and advertising services sector, supporting the delivery of data-driven insights and transformation projects that underpin commercial growth and client value realisation. The Salesforce Data 360 Architect will be instrumental in translating technology investments into measurable business outcomes within this fast-evolving industry.

Within a retail environment undergoing ongoing digital enhancement, the Senior D365 F&O Developer will be pivotal in managing and optimising the organisation’s Dynamics AX platform, focusing particularly on incident management to maintain operational continuity and business efficiency. The role exists to oversee the resolution of system incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to financial and operational processes, and contributing directly to the stability and performance of critical business applications. This position demands a technically adept professional capable of working across hybrid settings, supporting both on-site and remote collaboration to respond swiftly to incidents and operational challenges.

The Senior D365 F&O Developer’s primary purpose is to monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues that arise within the Dynamics AX system, ensuring that business functions relying on this ERP technology operate without interruption. By maintaining system integrity and performance, the successful candidate supports the wider FinOps strategy, driving operational efficiency and supporting the retail business’s ongoing demands.
