• Proven experience in providing desktop support and training, particularly with Wherefour or Sage software
• Strong ability to create engaging training materials tailored to different learning styles
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience troubleshooting issues and providing technical guidance remotely
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
