The AI Engineer will help turn generative AI concepts into practical proof-of-concept work and agentic solutions, using Claude alongside Power Platform technologies. The role focuses on applying strong development and solution architecture skills to work for mid-market customers, with clear communication and stakeholder management important to delivering solutions that meet their needs.

A central part of the position is building proofs of concept with Claude and developing solutions across Power Apps and Copilot Studio. The work calls for someone who can combine hands-on platform development with sound technical judgement, shaping AI agent and agentic approaches while communicating clearly with stakeholders throughout the process.

This is a permanent, hybrid position based in Melbourne. The AI Engineer will need to bring experience working with mid-market customers and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders, alongside the technical capability to develop and explain solution approaches. The role sits within an information technology and services environment focused on generative AI.

Relevant experience and strengths include:
