Position: NetSuite Architect / Project Lead/NetSuite Consultancy
Location: Remote
Contract: Initial 6-month engagement 40-50 hours a week

The organization is an acquisition-focused technology company that acquires Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Internet Service Providers (ISPs). They have completed multiple acquisitions recently and are implementing NetSuite as the standard ERP platform across all newly acquired businesses.
As they continue to grow, they are building repeatable implementation processes, standardizing integrations, and creating a scalable NetSuite environment to support future acquisitions.

What You'll Be Doing
• Lead NetSuite implementation and integration strategy across newly acquired companies.
• Manage multiple NetSuite implementation projects simultaneously.
• Drive solution architecture and integration design.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve business processes.
• Build scalable implementation frameworks and standard operating procedures.
• Oversee integration quality and ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide guidance on financial systems and ERP best practices.
The organization expects to complete 2–3 NetSuite implementations each month, making this a highly visible role with significant impact.
What They're Looking For
• Strong NetSuite implementation and architecture experience.
• Celigo integration experience
• Experience with acquisition integrations or multi-entity environments.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Business process improvement and documentation experience.
• Financial systems integration expertise.
