• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations, including configuration and customization
• Expertise in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications
• Knowledge of integrating with other systems and Power Platform tools like Power Apps and Power Automate
• Ability to support user training and drive adoption of new features
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the platform
