Build your career as a Databricks Data Engineer
Take your data career into Databricks
Nuestra Databricks Careers Program gives you a structured route into that opportunity.
Training is delivered through Revolent, our specialist technology talent creation and training business. Over an intensive 10-week program, you’ll develop Databricks Data Engineering expertise, work towards relevant certifications and build practical skills aligned to the requirements of your customer placement.
Once training is complete, you’ll progress onto a placement with a customer for up to two years, working as part of their team while remaining with Revolent and applying your skills to live data initiatives.

What do you need to join the program?
- At least one year of basic programming knowledge, with Python or Scala preferred
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Experience using Git
Build real-world Databricks experience
After successfully completing your training, you’ll progress onto a customer placement for up to two years and work as part of their team while remaining with Revolent.
You’ll contribute to live data initiatives, take on responsibilities aligned to your role and continue building practical Databricks Data Engineering experience in a real working environment.
