## Alteryx & Microsoft Fabric Platform Manager – One ERP

**Salary:** up to 26,500 PLN gross/month, depending on experience

We are looking for an experienced **Alteryx & Microsoft Fabric Platform Manager** to join a major global **One ERP transformation programme** and take ownership of the development of a new Data Migration Factory supporting the migration of legacy systems to **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)**.

Data migration is one of the most critical elements of the programme. The organisation is currently building a scalable solution based on **Alteryx and Microsoft Fabric**, replacing existing approaches based mainly on SQL scripts and Power Query.

### About the role

This is a newly developing capability and an active transformation programme. You will play a key role in shaping and leading the new Data Migration Factory, helping define the platform, processes and standards that will be used across future ERP rollouts globally.

You will work as part of a larger international team and collaborate closely with Data Migration Specialists, Enterprise Architecture, ERP and Data teams.

The initial focus will be on **data migration**, covering the full ETL process:

**Extraction → Transformation → Validation → Loading into D365 F&O**

The longer-term roadmap will expand towards broader data engineering capabilities.

### Your responsibilities

* Take ownership of the development and evolution of the **Data Migration Factory** based on Alteryx and Microsoft Fabric.
* Lead and guide the implementation of the new platform across D365 F&O migration projects.
* Define and establish scalable, standardised processes for data extraction, transformation, validation and loading.
* Work closely with the existing team of approximately **6 Data Migration Specialists**, helping them transition from SQL scripts and Power Query towards the new platform.
* Provide technical guidance and best practices around Alteryx and Microsoft Fabric.
* Support the development of reusable ETL workflows and migration templates.
* Collaborate with project teams to understand migration requirements, data mappings and transformation rules.
* Ensure data quality through profiling, cleansing, validation and reconciliation.
* Support pilot implementations and use lessons learned to improve the Factory before global rollout.
* Contribute to governance, architecture and technical standards for the platform.
* Work with global stakeholders and teams to drive adoption of the new migration approach.
* Support the centralised Data Migration Factory capability and its integration into the wider One ERP programme.
* Provide technical leadership without necessarily being a people manager.

### The programme

The company is currently implementing a global **One ERP programme**, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O replacing legacy systems across the organisation.

The Data Migration Factory is a new strategic capability being developed to make migrations more efficient, consistent and scalable.

The organisation has already started working with **D365 F&O, Alteryx and Microsoft Fabric**. A pilot is currently being developed in Denmark, with further pilots planned as part of the programme.

The Data Migration Factory will be centrally managed from **Lund** and will operate as part of a global team.

The programme is expected to continue for several years, with data migration being the primary focus initially. Broader data engineering capabilities are expected to become increasingly important as the programme develops.

### What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is comfortable operating in a **new and evolving environment**, rather than someone who simply executes an established process.

You should have:

* Strong hands-on experience with **Alteryx**, ideally Alteryx Designer and workflow development.
* Practical experience with **Microsoft Fabric** and/or Azure data technologies.
* Strong understanding of **ETL/ELT processes** and data transformation.
* Experience with data migration projects, ideally within an **ERP environment**.
* Experience with **Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / Dynamics AX data migration** would be highly advantageous.
* Knowledge of **D365 F&O Data Management Framework (DMF) and Data Entities** is a strong advantage.
* Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases.
* Experience with data validation, reconciliation, cleansing and data quality.
* Ability to translate business and migration requirements into scalable technical solutions.
* Experience working with multiple stakeholders and guiding technical teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence working in an international environment.
