Tenth Revolution Group is currently seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Architect for a long-term, mission-critical engagement with a prominent public-sector institution in Brussels.

In this role, you will serve as the lead architectural authority, defining technology roadmaps, driving platform modernisation, and establishing robust governance frameworks across hybrid cloud, automation, and emerging technologies.

Responsabilidades clave
Strategy & Roadmapping: Define the overarching ICT architecture strategy, target state, reference architectures, and technology position papers.
Architecture Governance: Establish architecture principles, lead Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), and enforce security and operational standards across complex, multi-supplier environments.
Platform Modernisation: Guide technical strategy across hybrid cloud foundations, platform engineering, virtualization, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
Innovation & Emerging Tech: Evaluate proof-of-concepts and drive adoption in automation, modern operating models, and practical AI use cases.
Executive Advisory & Coaching: Advise tactical and strategic governance bodies, translate technical impacts into executive decisions, and coach mid-level architects and technical leads.

What We Are Looking For
10+ years of progressive experience in ICT Architecture and Enterprise Governance.
In-depth knowledge of hybrid cloud, container platforms, modern networking, and Zero Trust security principles.
Proven track record in platform engineering, automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
Solid experience operating in multi-vendor ecosystems and advising executive management.
Experience within the Belgian public sector is considered a strong asset.
Fluent in English and French or Dutch
