ITSM Developer

The ITSM Developer will contribute to IT service management development, with performance analytics as the central focus of the role. Working with ServiceNow, the successful contractor will support work in this specialist area within a remote arrangement.

The position is focused on the development side of ITSM, rather than a broader remit specified in the available brief. Performance analytics is the defined area of emphasis, and ServiceNow is the technology named for the work. The role is offered on a contract basis and is remote.

The brief does not specify particular deliverables, additional technologies or candidate requirements, so these have not been assumed. The ITSM Developer role is suited to someone whose work aligns with ITSM development and performance analytics in a ServiceNow environment.
