BC Consultant – Japanese Fluent – Torrance, CA (Hybrid)

We are looking for a skilled Functional Business Consultant with expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central to enhance our system capabilities and streamline business processes. This role plays a critical part in collaborating with various departments, ensuring that the technology aligns with operational needs and supports overall growth. You will be working in a supportive environment that values thoughtful engagement and practical delivery.

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong capability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Familiarity with configuration and customization of ERP systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to conduct system analysis
• Experience in change management and user training
