D365 F&O Functional Consultant – onsite 3 days per week in Philadelphia

We're looking for a D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to join a growing team delivering high-impact ERP implementations.

You'll work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into scalable D365 F&O solutions — from initial workshops through to go-live and beyond.

What you'll do:

Partner with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
Configure and optimize D365 F&O modules to fit business needs
Support testing, training, and change management
Be a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle

What you'll bring:

3+ years of D365 F&O functional consulting experience
Deep expertise in Finance, SCM, or Manufacturing modules
A track record of successful full-cycle implementations
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred
