Graduate Software Developer (Frontend / AI Focus)
Location: Stavanger, Norway
Job Type: Graduate / Entry-Level

We are looking for motivated Graduate Developers to join a growing team in Stavanger. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of frontend development and artificial intelligence, contributing to modern, user-focused digital products.
You will work alongside experienced engineers in a collaborative environment where learning, experimentation, and innovation are encouraged from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop modern, scalable frontend applications
Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality user experiences
Contribute to AI-driven features such as intelligent interfaces and data-led functionality
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Participate in code reviews and team knowledge sharing
Stay up to date with new technologies and best practices

Technology Stack:
Frontend: React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
AI Exposure (beneficial): APIs, machine learning concepts, LLM integrations, Python
Tools: Git, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Strong interest in frontend development and user experience
Curiosity or exposure to AI, machine learning, or data-driven technologies
Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (preferably React)
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Communication skills in Norwegian and English

Desirable Skills:
Personal projects, internships, or an active GitHub portfolio
Experience experimenting with AI tools or APIs
Understanding of UX/UI principles
