NetSuite Admin & EDI Consultant (True Commerce)

Anderson Frank is working with an established organization in the Food & Beverage / Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry seeking an experienced NetSuite & EDI Technical Consultant for an immediate contract opportunity.

This consultant will be responsible for supporting and managing the company's existing NetSuite ERP and TrueCommerce EDI environments, with an initial focus on active EDI projects, trading partner onboarding, and ongoing system administration.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical professional who can quickly step into an existing environment, work independently, and provide reliable day-to-day support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support the company's TrueCommerce EDI and NetSuite ERP environments.

Lead ongoing EDI trading partner onboarding and integration activities.

Support EDI transaction processing, configurations, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Provide day-to-day NetSuite administration, system maintenance, and technical support.

Manage and troubleshoot NetSuite pricing structures, customer price levels, and configurations.

Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth system operations and resolve technical challenges.

Identify opportunities to improve existing workflows and system processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with TrueCommerce EDI or SPS Commerce (TrueCommerce preferred).

Proven experience supporting and administering NetSuite ERP.

Experience with EDI trading partner onboarding, transaction types, and integration troubleshooting.

Understanding of NetSuite pricing configurations and customer price levels.

Experience working within Food & Beverage, CPG, or related consumer goods environments strongly preferred.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of ongoing technical projects.

Immediate or near-immediate availability.

Nice-to-Have Experience

Experience working with Bills of Materials (BOMs) within NetSuite.

Exposure to Snowflake or Databricks and data warehousing initiatives.

Knowledge of AI-driven automation or business process improvements.
