Senior NetSuite Implementation Lead
We are seeking an experienced Senior NetSuite Implementation Lead to lead complex, end-to-end NetSuite implementations for newly acquired subsidiaries. This is a hands-on role working closely with Finance Transformation and global stakeholders to deliver scalable, standardized NetSuite solutions across a multi-entity environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle NetSuite implementations from discovery through go-live and post-go-live support
Serve as Solution Architect for complex multi-subsidiary implementations
Lead data migrations including chart of accounts, customers, vendors, fixed assets, open transactions, and historical transactional data
Translate finance and business requirements into functional and technical NetSuite solutions
Support integrations, UAT, cutover planning, training, and implementation governance
Identify project risks and drive issues through resolution
Required Experience
8+ years of NetSuite implementation experience
Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle NetSuite implementations
Deep NetSuite OneWorld and multi-subsidiary experience
Strong experience with complex data migrations and system integrations
Strong understanding of O2C, P2P, R2R, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, and Intercompany accounting
Experience supporting SaaS or technology organizations
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Highly Preferred
M&A integrations and post-acquisition ERP deployments
SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, ARM, and Fixed Assets
Global tax and localization experience
