Senior Legal Operations Consultant

A regional insurance defense litigation firm is hiring a full-time Senior Legal Operations Consultant to overhaul their e-billing workflows, reduce carrier LEDES rejections, and build executive financial dashboards.

Key Focus Areas:

• E-Billing Middleware: Implement eBillingHub/BillBlast to auto-validate LEDES 1998B files against carrier Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs) & UTBMS codes.
• Portal Automation: Streamline invoice submissions and status tracking across all systems.
• Systems & BI: Decouple heavy discovery file storage to cloud storage and build Power BI financial dashboards.

Ideal Profile:
5+ years in Legal Ops or E-Billing Systems Integration with deep knowledge of insurance carrier billing rules and cloud practice management software.
