We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join a team in Stavanger. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping user-centric digital products, working closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and impactful user experiences.

The Role

As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead the end-to-end user experience design process, helping to define and deliver products that meet both customer and business needs. You will be responsible for turning insights into seamless experiences while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead UX initiatives across the full product development lifecycle.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder workshops.
Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive user journeys and interactions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and business stakeholders.
Contribute to product strategy by bringing a strong user-focused perspective.
Analyse user feedback and behavioural data to continuously improve product experiences.
Support and promote UX best practices across the organisation.
Help evolve and maintain design systems and design standards.

About You
5+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or a similar role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX thinking and successful digital product delivery.
Expertise in user research, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing.
Advanced proficiency with Figma and other modern design tools.
Experience working within Agile development environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
Experience designing products or services for Norwegian-speaking users or Nordic markets is required.
