Salesforce Solution Architect (RCA)

  • Published October 23, 2026
  • Location Ann Arbor, Michigan, United States of America
  • BrandMason Frank International
  • Job Type Contract
  • Salary/RateUSD 70.00 to 8,000.00
  • Products
    • Salesforce.com

Job Description

The Salesforce Solution Architect (RCA) will provide specialist Revenue Cloud expertise to facilitate the RCA component of a fully staffed project in the manufacturing sector. The focus is on bringing the right subject-matter knowledge to this part of the work and communicating clearly with those involved, helping the project progress with informed architectural input.

This is a part-time contract, requiring 20 hours per week, and is fully remote. The project team is already in place, so the need is for a specialist who can contribute their knowledge of Revenue Cloud and support the RCA component, rather than for a broader team build. The assignment is expected to be time-limited; an extension is not anticipated.

As Salesforce Solution Architect (RCA), you will need a strong working knowledge of RCA and the ability to explain relevant considerations clearly. The available brief centres on facilitating this specialist component, so the role calls for someone who can apply their subject expertise in a focused project setting and communicate effectively as the work moves forward.

Key requirements are:

– Direct knowledge of RCA within a Revenue Cloud context.
– Solution architecture capability relevant to Salesforce.
– Clear, effective communication.

The contract is scheduled at 20 hours per week and is remote. No additional benefits have been specified. The supplied project dates are inconsistent, so the assignment timeline should be confirmed before commencement.

The engagement combines a manufacturing project context with an information technology and services setting.

Senior Salesforce GTM Systems Administrator

  • Published October 22, 2026
  • Location Seattle, United States of America
  • BrandMason Frank International
  • Job Type Contract
  • Salary/RateUSD 140,000.00 to 150,000.00
  • Products
    • Salesforce.com

Job Description

The Senior GTM Systems Administrator (Salesforce) will keep the systems supporting the go-to-market function reliable while shaping improvements across the full lead-to-cash process. This hands-on role exists to support a broad group of business users and turn their requirements into practical, scalable changes, helping teams work effectively across sales, operations, deal desk, renewals, marketing, customer success, finance and IT.

You will take responsibility for Salesforce administration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ and Experience Cloud. Day to day, this means managing users and permissions, maintaining objects, fields and layouts, and configuring validation rules, Flows, reports and dashboards. You will also own the GTM systems support queue, handling onboarding requests, triaging issues, troubleshooting and seeing queries through to resolution.

A central part of the role is understanding how work moves through the business, from lead and territory assignment through opportunities, forecasting, quoting, orders and bookings, to renewals. You will gather input from stakeholders, develop clear specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria, then design and deliver solutions that meet operational needs without compromising scalability. The role calls for sound judgement in balancing immediate support with improvements that make processes and data more dependable.

The systems landscape includes connected tools for CPQ, marketing automation, partner management, customer success, data enrichment and middleware. You will define data mappings and integration requirements with engineering, and use your understanding of APIs to help investigate issues. Automation is another area of focus: alongside Flow and integration tools, you will contribute to the deployment of AI agents or assistants for the revenue team. Data quality and governance will remain part of the everyday work, including duplicate management, enrichment logic and appropriate validation.

You will partner with IT on release management, coordinating sandbox testing, user acceptance testing, deployments, change documentation and access reviews. NetSuite will be used for data comparison, reporting and reconciliation. Clear documentation of architecture, data flows and configuration will help maintain a reliable operating environment, while user training will support adoption of new or updated processes. The Senior GTM Systems Administrator (Salesforce) will need to work independently and coordinate input from stakeholders who may not report directly to them.

The contract is offered on a hybrid basis. The role will suit someone with substantial enterprise business systems experience and a strong record of hands-on Salesforce administration in a B2B setting. Relevant experience and capabilities include:

– At least eight years in enterprise business systems, including four or more years administering Salesforce, and Salesforce Administrator certification.
– Strong practical skills in Flow, SOQL, data loading, reports and dashboards, and Salesforce security.
– Experience with Sales Cloud and CPQ, with familiarity across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
– A solid understanding of the B2B lead-to-renewal process, plus working knowledge of APIs and integrations sufficient to define requirements and troubleshoot.
– Experience building or deploying at least one AI agent, automation or tool in a go-to-market setting.

A background in a SaaS or technology business is required; channel-partner sales experience would be useful. Additional relevant experience could include NetSuite reporting and reconciliation, middleware or API integrations, Python, SQL or cloud data warehouses, and Agile delivery using Jira and Confluence. Advanced Administrator, App Builder, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I or CPQ certifications are also advantageous.

The client operates in the computer software industry, within the wider information technology sector.
