The Opportunity
CADDi is looking for a senior enterprise sales professional to help build its European business and Go-to-Market strategy.
This is not simply a traditional domestic Account Executive position.
The role combines:
Strategic Enterprise Sales
Global Account Development
International Business Development
European Market Expansion
GTM Strategy & Execution
You will initially work with major Japanese manufacturers that already have significant operations in Europe, building relationships across both Japan headquarters and European subsidiaries.
Over time, you will also help validate and shape CADDi’s broader European GTM strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strategic relationships with major Japanese manufacturers and their European subsidiaries
Identify business and operational challenges across manufacturing, engineering, procurement, quality, and supply chain organizations
Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and senior executives
Develop proposals around CADDi’s AI / data platform and manufacturing transformation solutions
Coordinate sales activities across Japan and Europe
Support implementation and customer adoption together with internal teams
Identify new European market opportunities and potential target customers
Gather customer and market insights to influence product and business strategy
Help build and validate CADDi’s European GTM model
Collaborate with global teams across Japan, the U.S., Europe, and Asia
Potentially contribute to future European organization-building as the business grows
Requirements
Strong track record in enterprise B2B sales
Experience managing complex and long sales cycles
Ability to structure customer business problems and develop strategic proposals
Experience engaging multiple stakeholders, including executives / C-level
Strong negotiation and closing capability
Business-level English or German
Business-level Japanese
Comfortable working in an ambiguous, high-growth environment
Willingness to travel regularly to Europe

Compensation
Base Salary: JPY 10M–16M
Variable compensation / bonus is offered in addition to base salary.
For strong candidates, CADDi has indicated that a structure around JPY 15M base + variable may be possible depending on evaluation.
Stock options may also be available depending on level.
Working Style
Based primarily in Tokyo
Regular short- and medium-term travel to Europe expected
CADDi places a strong emphasis on in-person collaboration
Standard working hours: approximately 9:00–18:00
Flex arrangements may be available depending on team and role
As the European business develops, longer-term assignment or relocation to Europe may potentially become an option, depending on business needs, candidate interest, and performance.

Position Summary:
