Internal Senior ERP Specialist – D365 F&O

The successful candidate will join a global, international life sciences organisation as Senior ERP Specialist, taking functional ownership of the company's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment.

The role will act as a key bridge between business operations, ERP support and Enterprise Architecture, helping shape the continued development of the platform and ensuring it delivers genuine business value across the organisation.

Responsabilidades principales:
Own the D365 F&O platform: Take responsibility for the availability, development, maintenance and quality of the shared D365 environment across Finance, Procurement, Production, Inventory, Warehouse and Intercompany.
Lead ERP governance: Oversee system changes, ensure appropriate documentation and drive consistency and standardisation across multiple entities.
Drive ERP migrations: Lead or support the onboarding of businesses currently operating on legacy ERP platforms, aligning processes and managing transitions effectively.
Own master data quality: Establish and maintain data standards across customers, vendors, materials and financial data, driving harmonisation across the Group.
Manage integrations: Take ownership of key D365 integrations and work closely with data and technology teams across Azure, Dataverse, Fabric and Power BI.
Partner with the business: Act as a key ERP contact for Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial teams, translating business requirements into effective D365 solutions.
Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to optimise workflows, reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency and risk management.
