We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications that deliver real business value. The ideal candidate will have a strong software engineering background, hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI, and expertise in building scalable applications using Python and React. You will work across data, AI, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise integrations to develop innovative solutions from concept to production.

Responsabilidades clave

• Design and develop AI-driven solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
• Build scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines using Python.
• Develop intuitive frontend applications and dashboards using React.
• Integrate AI applications with internal systems, third-party platforms, APIs, and enterprise data sources.
• Create and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, vector search, and AI agents.
• Work closely with data, business, and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready solutions.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in cloud and containerized environments.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation to support efficient software delivery.
• Ensure solutions follow best practices for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

Competencias técnicas
• Strong experience developing applications with Python.
• Solid frontend development experience using React.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data, data pipelines, and data integration processes.
• Proven experience designing and implementing system and API integrations.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Experience with OpenShift or similar container orchestration platforms.
• Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, data modeling, and data engineering concepts.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks and tooling such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar.

Sería bueno tenerlo
• Experience with vector databases and embedding technologies.
• Exposure to MLOps and AI governance frameworks.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar AI platforms.
• Experience building enterprise-scale AI solutions.
