.NET Developer

A well-established Norwegian technology company is looking to strengthen its development team with an experienced .NET Developer. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team of developers, architects, UX designers, and delivery specialists, working on modern software solutions used by thousands of end users across Norway. Projects include innovative mobility and payment platforms, mapping applications, food and land management systems, drone technology solutions, and engineering-focused software products. The company also develops and maintains its own products and operates its own Norwegian-based datacentre.

Responsabilidades
Develop and maintain modern backend applications using .NET
Contribute to the design and development of scalable software solutions
Work closely with solution architects, UX designers, and frontend developers
Participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions
Ensure high code quality, maintainability, and performance
Understand customer challenges and translate business needs into technical solutions
Leverage AI tools pragmatically to improve development efficiency and delivery quality

Requisitos
5+ years of professional software development experience
Strong background in .NET development
Backend-focused engineering experience
Relevant higher education (significant relevant experience may compensate)
Ability to understand both technical requirements and business objectives
Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams
Norwegian language skills are strongly preferred due to customer requirements
