Tenth Revolution Group is recruiting on behalf of an established, growing Microsoft Managed Service Provider based in Basildon.
We’re looking for a Senior Cloud Projects Engineer to lead the design and delivery of Azure, Microsoft 365 and infrastructure projects for a varied SME client base across Essex, Kent and London.
This is a hands-on senior role covering cloud project delivery, technical design and complex third-line support. You’ll take ownership from initial scoping through implementation and handover, while supporting junior engineers and providing a senior escalation point.

Leading Azure and Microsoft 365 migrations, including tenant-to-tenant, hybrid and full cloud transformations.
Designing, deploying and supporting Azure infrastructure across networking, compute, storage, identity and security.
Delivering Microsoft 365 administration, migration, SharePoint Online and cloud security projects.
Leading wider infrastructure and networking projects for new and existing customers.
Assessing customer environments and contributing to technical surveys, solution design and project scoping.
Troubleshooting complex Azure, Microsoft 365, server, virtualisation and network issues.
Acting as a senior escalation point for challenging third-line technical cases.
Owning projects and technical issues through to successful completion.
Working with customers, internal technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Mentoring junior engineers in project delivery and technical troubleshooting.

What you’ll bring:
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, including proven delivery of migration projects.
Solid Azure infrastructure knowledge covering virtual machines, storage, networking, identity and security.
Microsoft 365 administration experience, including SharePoint Online.
A strong understanding of networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls and cloud connectivity.
Experience supporting on-premises and hybrid infrastructure, including Windows Server, virtualisation and storage.
Confidence resolving complex third-line cloud, server and network issues.
Previous experience in an MSP or supporting multiple external customers.
Experience contributing to pre-sales, technical scoping and solution design.
Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills.
A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
